FORZA 4400 SERIES INTERIOR CALIPER EXTRACTOR
The 4400 Series Internal Clamp Extractor is a precision tool designed to perform internal component extractions in applications where space is limited, especially when there is no space under the part to be removed.
This extractor features elastic grippers that vary between 2 to 6 cuts, depending on the diameter required, providing exceptional adaptability for different part sizes.
Manufactured from high-quality CrVa (chrome-vanadium) material, it offers durability and wear resistance, ensuring long-lasting performance in demanding environments.
The 4400 Series is compatible with two extraction systems: the 4390 1 kg impact bar or the 4393 2 kg bar, as well as the 4392 bridge, which does not require adapters, offering great versatility of use.
Starting with the 4420 clamp model, the clamps include a tempered insert point, which allows a smoother opening of the legs, facilitating the extraction process.
Removing the upper collet thread not only simplifies mounting to the cup, but also improves process efficiency.
In addition, the extractor locking key has a double function, as it also contributes to improving its grip, providing greater security and stability during use.
Recommendations for use:
Be sure to select the appropriate collet based on the diameter of the part to be removed to avoid damage to the tool or part.
Verify that the collet is correctly mounted in the cup before beginning the extraction.
Use the extraction system most appropriate for the specific application: impact bar or bridge.
Avoid applying excessive force during removal, as this may damage both the extractor and the part.
After each use, clean and store the tool in a dry place to extend its life.
Maintenance recommendations:
Periodically lubricate moving parts of the extractor to ensure smooth operation and prevent corrosion.
Regularly inspect calipers and other components for signs of wear or damage and replace defective parts immediately.
Store the extractor in a clean, dry environment to avoid accumulation of dust and exposure to moisture, which could compromise its durability.
